How It Works

A structured path towards indepence

3–5 days per week · 3–4 hours per day · 8–12 weeks

Phases

  • Lift-Off (Weeks 1–2): Assessment, readiness, and first small wins.

  • Ascent (Weeks 3–8): Skill-building, exposure practice, and real-world challenges.

  • Orbit (Weeks 9–12): Transition planning, education/work placement, and sustained independence.

Sample Weekly Flow:

  • ACT & Behavioral Activation: clarify values, plan weekly “approach” goals

  • Executive Function Lab: time-blocking, planning, and accountability

  • Social Confidence Group: exposure practice and real-world missions

  • Independent Living Skills: budgeting, cooking, and daily routines

  • Parent Coaching: boundaries and communication

  • Individual Therapy: one-on-one ACT/CBT-based support

Clinincal Approach

Our clinical model integrates multiple evidence-based modalities — each addressing a unique aspect of stuckness and avoidance:

  • ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy): builds willingness and values-guided action.

  • Behavioral Activation: combats inertia and re-engages daily life.

  • Exposure-based CBT: targets social and functional avoidance.

  • Executive Function Coaching: improves planning, follow-through, and time management.

  • RO-DBT & DBT: balance over-control and emotion regulation.

  • MBT (Mentalization-Based Therapy): enhances perspective-taking and social understanding.

  • Compassion-Focused Therapy: reduces shame and self-criticism.

Each participant receives a personalized treatment plan and coordinated care from a multidisciplinary team — therapists, psychiatrists, coaches, and educational/vocational specialists.
